A glance at the ambitious taco offerings at this downtown Canton bar-restaurant makes one thing clear: A taco can be anything.

You can pile an array of ingredients on top of a tortilla, and Jon Schuster, Street Side’s owner-chef, has the culinary chops and imagination for it. Deciding which ones to order is challenging.

The plan is to offer traditional, pre-Prohibition era drinks, along with a menu, said Christopher Lynch, manager for Whiskey Alley and Street Side. The drink list at Whiskey Alley will include daiquiris, old fashioneds, Manhattans and others mixed with high-end whiskies, gin, vodka, rum and tequila. Only Ohio brewed beers will be available on draft.
